5:30 AM – Rise, Shine, and Preheat the Ovens
The bakery doors might not open until later, but our team is already up, aprons tied, and ovens warming. Mornings at DoughGirl are about precision. From weighing out the finest British flour to cracking free-range eggs, every ingredient is chosen with care. It’s the foundation for our signature cookie pies, gooey deluxe cookies.
6:30 AM – Mixing the Magic
As the scent of vanilla and brown sugar fills the kitchen, our mixers get to work. The dough for each batch is freshly made daily – never frozen, always handcrafted.
