Milk chocolate contains milk solids 14% minimum. Dulce De Leche: Dulce De Leche (glucose and fructose syrup, whole MILK powder, water, sugar, skimmed MILK powder, preservatives (E202)), water, sugar, modified starch (E1442), glycerine, thickening agents (E460, E466), preservatives (E202), salt, acidulant (E330).
