Mincemeat: Sugar, apple purée (26%), sultanas (15%), raisins (10%), candied mixed citrus peel (4%) (glucose-fructose syrup, orange peel, sugar, lemon peel), vegetable suet (palm oil, rice flour, sunflower oil), water, treacle, currants (1%), mixed spice, preservative (acetic acid), acidity regulator (citric acid).
